Chalk Farm, Camden
The Chalk House is a former car Showroom acquired from Ford which has been born as high quality flats above a Sainsbury’s Local store and 100-cover restaurant in Chalk Farm, Camden. Sellar Property Group bought the site near the area’s famous Roundhouse arts venue and developed it, moving through the planning process in around 18 months.
With it’s commitment to high quality design, SPG employed award-winning architects Hawkins/Brown. The architects created one, two and three-bed apartments over three levels in the £15million scheme, each designed to maximise the use of space and light and selling for upwards of £245,000. Theflats lining the roof feature balconies which allow residents views over both north London and the City.
